Kashka-Suuy aiyl district is part of the Aksy district, Jalal-Abad region, with a center in the village of Kashka-Suu. On the territory of the region and near the village of Kashka-Suu is the Padyshatinsky State Reserve, established in 2003 with the aim of preserving unique juniper forests, Semenov fir with a total area of 15,846 hectares. The reserve is located in the foothills of the spurs of the At-Oinok ridge, between the Kuraminsky ridge, the Kassansai uplift and the Bozbu-Too ridge, in a zone of sharply continental climate with mild-cold winters and hot summers. On the territory of the reserve there is a shrine – the mazar “Padysha-Ata”. In general, the region has a good potential for the development of adventure tourism, since the famous Padysha-Ata Nature Reserve with unspoiled flora and fauna is available. The region may also become a new destination for lovers of eco-tourism.
